Although when they do, they are less fit, a little heavier and motivation almost completely lost…
But after a 2 months, they are back, fighting fit, almost back to target weight and feeling happy again…
This last through the hotter months but come the colder months, it’s back into hibernation and the bad habits that come with this…
This lifestyle is called the “YO-YO” and it’s not as fun as the toy, believe me… 🪀
